Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is looking for a Sports Camp Director in Orinda to manage our Wagner Ranch Elementary location, in addition to other locations.

This role combines operations management, leadership development, and youth mentorship.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Supervise coaching staff and assign daily roles

• Execute skill stations and drills per Giants Camp curriculum

• Maintain a secure and organized environment

• Address parent concerns with professionalism

• Lead by example and uphold Giants Camp standards

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven camp or youth sports leadership

• Experience mentoring staff

• Strong conflict-resolution ability

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

10-week seasonal leadership role $1,400$1,650/week
