Giants Youth Camps is hiring a Summer Camp Director in Los Gatos to lead operations at our Moreland Little League site, in addition to others.

As the Summer Camp Director, you are fully responsible for daily execution, staff oversight, and the overall camper experience. This leadership role requires decisive management and operational ownership.

What You Will Oversee:

• Daily program flow and curriculum delivery

• Supervision of camp staff

• Camper supervision and safety enforcement

• Team morale, coaching development, and accountability

• Parent communication and professionalism

• Understand baseball/softball fundamentals

Schedule:

• Full 10-week summer season

• Monday through Friday

• Flexibility to assist at nearby camp sites

Weekly pay range: $1,400$1,650
