Conti LLC is seeking an experienced Senior EPC Project Manager to join our growing EPC Solar Division based in Irvine, California. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing multiple utility‑scale solar projects while providing direct management and mentorship to EPC Project Managers and project teams. The ideal candidate brings deep EPC solar expertise, strong leadership capability, and a proven track record managing large, complex renewable energy projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Provide strategic oversight and execution leadership for multiple utility‑scale EPC solar projects.
• Manage, mentor, and support EPC Project Managers and project support staff.
• Lead and coordinate all project phases including design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget through accurate forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Oversee procurement strategies, subcontractor selection, contracting, and mobilization.
• Maintain and monitor master project schedules, production metrics, and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, scope requirements, and change management processes.
• Manage formal notices, claims, and change orders in coordination with internal legal and commercial teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owners’ representatives, utilities, and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, QA/QC, project delivery efficiency, and execution standards.
• Uphold Conti LLC’s commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence across all assigned projects.

• Minimum 5+ years of EPC‑level project management experience within utility‑scale solar or renewable energy construction.
• Proven experience leading large, complex EPC solar projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor project managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of utility‑scale solar construction methods, EPC contracting, and project controls.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and openness to relocation if required.
• PMP certification preferred; OSHA 30 strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with major EPC contractors, utility interconnection processes, and renewable energy best practices.
