On Golden Pond, Inc. is seeking skilled tradespeople to join our Field Operations team as Lead Applicators specializing in cement finishing, surface preparation, waterproofing, and plumbing for luxury water feature projects. This is a hands-on role for detail-oriented professionals who lead by example not by title. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality cement and sand finish work (troweling, smoothing, clean finish)
Prepare and apply Bond-Kote to surfaces
Apply waterproofing materials using rollers
Install plumbing systems up to 4 PVC
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Execute work independently and meet production timelines
Ensure exceptional workmanship and quality control
Minimum 4 years of experience in construction or related trades
Proficiency in cement finishing, waterproofing prep, and/or plumbing
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Reliable, consistent, and punctual
Demonstrates pride in quality craftsmanship
Calm, professional, and able to work without supervision
Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
Experience with high-end or commercial construction projects
Natural leadership through work ethic and performance
