Location: Cleveland OH (Regional Travel Required) Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 per year (Paid Weekly)

Trades Holding Company is seeking a high-energy Full-Cycle Recruiter who excels at both digital sourcing and local, "boots-on-the-ground" talent acquisition. This isn't just a desk job; you’ll be the face of our company in the skilled trades community, bridging the gap between online talent pools and local workforce hubs.

• End-to-End Recruiting: Manage the full lifecycle for skilled trades and operational roles across the organization.

• Strategic Sourcing: Engage both active and passive candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach.

• ATS Management: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to maintain clean candidate workflows and hiring data.

• Field-Based Outreach: Execute grassroots recruiting efforts, including:

  • Attending career fairs and workforce development events.

  • Building relationships with vendor and supply houses.

  • Supporting local community hiring initiatives.

• Leadership Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific market conditions and talent needs.

• Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (skilled trades experience strongly preferred).

• Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to find and engage passive talent in competitive labor markets.

• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using an ATS and modern sourcing tools.

• Mobility: A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel regionally as needed.

• Communication: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to represent the brand professionally in the field.
