Overview:

The Human Resource Analyst performs various Human Resources functions involving assisting the tracking of workforce training and development for the US Army.

Responsibilities:

· Given minimum instruction and supervision, handles correspondence, prepares reports, and arranges meetings

· Track workforce training and development.

· Maintain the training tracking system, analyze training needs, and schedule training.

· Track and report on acquisition certification status.

· Post, track, correct, and update the Human Resources SharePoint site.

· Maintain awards program data and operations

· Conduct database management of HR personnel sites

· Handles Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

· Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, documents, and PowerPoint presentations for recurring submissions to higher headquarters.

· Maintains logs, records, archives, and/or working files.

· Staff correspondence, prepare reports, and arrange meetings

Qualifications:

Required:

· Bachelor's Degree- with at least 1 year of HR experience

· Associate's Degree with 5 years of experience, specialized in HR

· Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
