We are currently looking for a Member Solution Lead who will be responsible for offering dynamic and consultative services to our members. The Member Solution Lead will build strong and prosperous relationships with our members through dialog, active listening, and collaboration to find the services and products that best fit member needs both current and future. This position will serve as a lead in the branch to support the Branch Manager and staff including but not limited to the following: coach, mentor, train assigned staff and address escalated member service issues.
