We are looking for energetic, professional, and team-oriented Full-Time and Part-Time Servers to fill open roles across both our Casual, Fast-Paced Restaurant and our Upscale Fine Dining Venue. Choose the Path That Fits Your Style:
Option A: Casual Dining Server (Fast Paced)
- High-energy, constant customer interaction, and a bustling atmosphere.
- Delivering fast, friendly, and efficient service, running food and drinks, and keeping the energy high.
- Perfect for adaptable team players; previous experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right positive attitude!
Option B: Fine Dining Server (Premium Service)
- Sophisticated, refined, and detail-oriented upscale hospitality.
- Demonstrating deep menu and beverage expertise, articulating premium specials, and executing seamless, multi-course service with poise.
- Previous upscale or fine dining serving experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right positive attitude! Polished professionalism is a must.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate, respectful, and professional attention to all Members and Guests.
- Accurately describe menu items, daily specials, and drinks, and input orders precisely into the POS system.
- Collaborate closely with team members and attend pre-shift/pre-function meetings.
- Maintain immaculate dining spaces by wiping down tables, clearing sections, and completing closing functions (polishing glassware/utensils, folding napkins).
- Proactively solve guest issues to ensure an unforgettable dining experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Exceptional verbal skills to connect effectively with our Members and Guests.
- Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift/carry trays or objects weighing 30+ pounds through crowded rooms.
- Dependable team players available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays across indoor and outdoor environments.
