Business Acquisitions Intern Job Overview:

LifeSeasons, a leader in science-backed supplements and health solutions, is seeking a Summer Intern to join our Business Acquisitions team. This internship offers hands-on experience in driving strategic growth through acquisitions. The intern will play a key role in researching potential acquisition targets, reaching out to industry leaders, analyzing market trends, and preparing actionable insights to guide decision-making.

Business Acquisitions Intern Key Responsibilities:

• Research industries, competitors, and potential acquisition targets using diverse resources.
• Identify and gather contact information for C-suite executives at target companies and initiate outreach.
• Compile and organize data for due diligence, including financial summaries, company profiles, and market insights.
• Prepare presentations, memos, and spreadsheets to support internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to assess acquisition opportunities and identify strategic alignments with LifeSeasons’ goals.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining project documentation, as needed.

Business Acquisitions Intern Key Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Business, Finance, Economics, or related program.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for working with data and numbers.
• Confident communication skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite executives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Tableau) is a plus.
• Exceptional research and organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
• Interest in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate development.
• Passion for health and supplements is a bonus.
