The Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role in crafting, managing, and executing a wide range of communications for the Operations team. This role encompasses the development and distribution of strategic, operational, and culture-focused communications, as well as supporting high-profile external events and announcements. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both internal and external messaging, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of communication tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and distribute strategic, culture-focused, and operational communications tailored for an audience of approximately 7,000 employees.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of distribution lists to ensure accurate and effective message delivery.
• Maintain and update a structured communication schedule to ensure timely and coordinated dissemination of information.
• Assist with the creation of charts, presentations and graphics as needed, ensuring they are polished and aligned with communication goals.
• Develop tailored communications for investors and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and addressing their specific interests and concerns effectively.
• Partner with external agency to support the creation of engaging social media content for the Group Operations Officer, enhancing their public presence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• You must possess a valid Nevada driver’s license with a good driving record, auto insurance, and an automobile for business use.
• Moderate experience with graphic design and video editing platforms, various web platforms, and mass email systems.

Salary $80K-$90K
