This role is focused on driving the functional design, evolution, and support of advanced Order Management Systems within complex omnichannel retail environments. You will act as a key bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring that operational needs are accurately translated into scalable and efficient OMS solutions. The position involves working closely with Oracle Retail Cloud ecosystems, supporting end-to-end order lifecycle processes and integration across multiple channels. You will play a strategic role in optimizing retail operations, improving customer journey performance, and enabling seamless omnichannel experiences. The environment is highly consultative, dynamic, and international, requiring strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management. • Act as a functional expert in Order Management Systems within Oracle Retail Cloud environments.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to omnichannel and order management processes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical and implementation teams.
• Support OMS implementation, rollout, enhancement, and ongoing system evolution initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to align functional expectations.
• Validate operational flows, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria for OMS solutions.
• Support integration processes between OMS, ERP, POS, and e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in retail operations, fulfillment, and omnichannel strategies.
• Produce functional documentation, process flows, and system specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to clarify business rules and support solution design.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Oracle Retail Cloud solutions.
• Solid functional expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Proven experience in omnichannel retail and order lifecycle processes.
• Experience with integration between OMS, ERP, POS, and e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of retail operations, supply chain, fulfillment, and distribution processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering and functional analysis in complex environments.
• Strong consultative profile with ability to engage business stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in OMS implementation and support projects.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish; advanced Portuguese required.
• Experience in international or multicultural project environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with APIs, service-oriented architectures, and agile methodologies is desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
