The Lead Clinical Manager ensures clients receive high-quality care while supporting communication between clinical staff and other departments. This role supervises and also helps clinical team members stay trained, supported, and prepared. Their leadership supports compliance, strong documentation, and effective client care.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods, stand, walk, speak, hear, and communicate clearly.
- Must be able to use a computer, phone, and standard office equipment for documentation and communication.
- Must be able to occasionally bend, reach, lift light office materials, and move throughout the facility as needed.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight, supervision, and quality assurance for mental health and AOD clinical services.
- Assist with staff training, clinical team development, and service coverage when clinicians are absent.
- Review treatment plans, case notes, pre-certs, and written correspondence for compliance.
- Provide therapy to at least five clients per week and facilitate one clinical group.
- Support strategic planning, attend meetings or events as needed, and complete other assigned clinical or supervisory duties.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in mental health, counseling, psychology, behavioral science, or a related field.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted Kentucky license
- Proven years of licensed experience preferred.
- Experience with recovery, mental health, co-occurring disorders, and addiction treatment preferred.
- Experience with billing, funding streams, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and medication-assisted treatment preferred.
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
