About the RoleHappy To Help Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team serving Idaho Falls, Ammon, Shelley, Rigby, and surrounding communities.
As a caregiver, you'll provide essential non-medical support that helps seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, building meaningful relationships, and making a positive impact every day.

What You'll DoDepending on each client's needs and care plan, responsibilities may include:
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Preparing meals and snacks based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, changing linens, and maintaining a clean living environment
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan (no handling or administering medications)
• Assisting with mobility, walking, transfers, and repositioning
• Providing transportation for appointments, errands, grocery shopping, and community outings
• Offering respite care support for family caregivers
• Following care plans and documenting services provided
• Communicating changes in client needs or concerns to the office team
• Supporting each client's independence, routines, preferences, and overall well-being
Our caregivers help create a safe, positive, and respectful environment while treating every client and home with dignity and professionalism.
QualificationsWe're looking for individuals who are caring, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality care.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility support
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred:
• Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, assisted living, or customer service experience
• CNA certification is a plus but not required
No prior caregiving experience is required. We provide training and support for candidates who demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
