About the Role
Happy To Help Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our caregiving team serving clients throughout Pocatello, Chubbuck, and surrounding communities.
As a caregiver, you'll provide non-medical support that helps seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This is meaningful work that allows you to build genuine relationships while making a positive difference in someone's daily life.

What You'll Do
Depending on each client's needs, responsibilities may include:
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences and dietary needs
• Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, changing linens, and maintaining a clean living environment
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan (no handling or administering medications)
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Providing transportation for appointments, errands, grocery shopping, and approved outings
• Supporting family caregivers through respite care services
• Following individualized care plans and documenting services provided
• Reporting changes in client needs or concerns to the office promptly
• Promoting each client's independence, dignity, and quality of life
Qualifications
We're looking for caregivers who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility support
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
Preferred:
• Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, assisted living, or customer service experience
• CNA certification is a plus but not required
No prior caregiving experience is necessary. We value compassion, professionalism, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
Position Details
• Location: Pocatello, Chubbuck, and surrounding communities
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights
