The Group Co-Facilitator at InspireKids plays a key role in guiding children and their families through their behavioral health journey. This role blends direct support and care coordination to create a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment specifically designed for young patients. Group Co-Facilitator helps facilitate groups and implement individualized treatment plans, support daily routines, and facilitate skill-building activities that promote emotional growth and recovery. They also assist our children’s families with navigating legal, educational, and community systems, connecting them to vital resources. Working closely with our clinical and medical teams, the Case Manager helps ensure consistent engagement, improved functioning, and long-term stability for each child we serve.
Requirements:Group Co-Facilitator Responsibilities
• Support the Group Lead in facilitating daily therapeutic programming and group activities for children ages 4–12.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment that promotes engagement, positive behavior, and emotional growth.
• Implement behavioral interventions and therapeutic activities as directed by the treatment team.
• Monitor and document patient participation, behavior, and progress.
• Utilize trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques when needed.
• Support daily program operations, including activities, transitions, meals, recreation, and field trips.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate patient updates and concerns to the clinical team.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, agency policies, and accreditation standards.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training.
Case Management & Family Support Responsibilities
• Maintain communication with families regarding attendance, engagement, and program participation.
• Assist families in accessing community resources and support services.
• Collaborate with schools, caregivers, and providers to support treatment goals.
• Support children in developing social, emotional, and life skills.
• Participate in treatment planning and discharge coordination as assigned.
• Complete all required case management documentation accurately and on time.
