This role sits at the intersection of business operations, systems administration, and intelligent automation, supporting go-to-market teams through a highly integrated internal tech ecosystem. You will help design, build, and optimize AI-driven workflows that power Sales, Commercial Operations, and Partnerships functions at scale. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems through technology and automation. You will act as a cross-platform administrator, ensuring tools such as Salesforce and supporting systems work together seamlessly. In this role, you will contribute directly to improving lead management, partner enablement, and revenue operations efficiency. You will also play a key part in experimenting with emerging AI capabilities to modernize internal workflows. - Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of AI-driven agents and automated workflows across the internal sales and partnerships technology ecosystem, ensuring scalable and efficient operations.
- Administer and support core business systems including Salesforce and integrated tools, maintaining stability, data integrity, and workflow performance across platforms.
- Improve and streamline cross-functional processes such as lead routing, forecasting, campaign targeting, and partner enablement using automation and integration tools.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to design system integrations, backend processes, and unified platform experiences.
- Build and test MVPs for new automation initiatives and AI-enabled solutions, iterating quickly based on business needs and performance insights.
- Ensure strong data governance practices, documentation standards, and system reliability across all managed platforms.
This role requires 3–5 years of experience in business systems administration, RevOps, or platform operations, with a strong focus on automation and cross-tool workflow design. The ideal candidate brings a technical, systems-oriented mindset and is comfortable working across APIs, integrations, and SaaS ecosystems. You should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration within a broader tool ecosystem is expected, along with familiarity with integration or middleware platforms. Experience building AI-powered workflows, bots, or automation using modern tools is highly valued. A proactive, curious mindset and comfort working in fast-changing environments are key to success.
- 3–5 years in application administration, RevOps, or platform operations roles
- Strong experience building automated workflows across multiple business systems
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience (certification considered an asset)
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., middleware, APIs, webhooks)
- Experience or strong interest in AI-driven automation and workflow design
