• Provide specialized instruction to students following an Adapted Curriculum pathway
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized learning plans
• Foster independence, communication, functional academics, and life skills
• Collaborate with families, related service providers, and school staff
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

• North Carolina EC teaching license or ability to obtain one
• Experience supporting students with significant cognitive and developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for helping students achieve meaningful academic and personal growth
