JOB SUMMARY:

The Field Supervisor is based in Charlotte and oversees multi-family new-construction flooring projects across the Carolinas and Virginia, with a primary focus on the Charlotte and Raleigh markets. This role is responsible for walking job sites for quality control, coordinating with subcontractors, and directing crews to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to specification. Some travel is required to support projects in Raleigh, Charleston, and Richmond, not to exceed 25%.

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Supervise and support field crews, ensuring projects are completed according to specifications and deadlines
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate field employees to enhance performance and maintain quality standards
  • Attend jobsite meetings and represent Renova One as the on-site client point of contact
  • Write and manage punch lists through project completion
  • Manage and track material on-site
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to streamline operations and resolve challenges
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, employee performance, and safety incidents
  • Ensure proper use and care of any company-provided equipment on assigned job sites
  • Coordinate crew scheduling and resource needs to meet project timelines
  • Communicate updates, concerns, and solutions to leadership, providing recommendations for process improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within construction, restoration, or flooring
  • Experience with multi-family new-construction flooring projects strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through on commitments
  • Comfortable working independently while coordinating across multiple teams (crews, subcontractors, Dallas PM team, clients)
  • Strong technology skills, including experience with iPad and project management software
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving conflicts on-site
  • Travel as needed (up to 25%) to support projects in Charleston, Richmond, and Raleigh
