Job Summary

The Data and Systems Analyst supports financial reporting, white glove service transition, and enterprise data initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Financial Officer, this role focuses on maintaining data quality, assisting with reporting tools, supporting cross-departmental data needs, and helping improve system workflows. This is a key operational role suited for someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow their understanding of financial systems and enterprise data management. This position will include extensive use of AI tools to accomplish corporate objectives.

Essential Job Functions

Data Quality and Reporting Support

· Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from various internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

· Prepare recurring reports and assist in building or maintaining dashboards for various internal departments (e.g.,

Finance, Lending, Credit).

· Support ad hoc reporting requests by extracting, organizing, and presenting relevant data in a clear and actionable format.

· Works with varies Bank departmental staff to achieve identified objectives.

· Gain proficiency in the use of AI tools to help accomplish objectives and expand staff knowledge and efficient use of AI support systems.

Systems Coordination and Integration

· Help monitor data flows between systems and recommend basic process improvements or reporting fixes.

· Support system updates, data migrations, and integration testing under the guidance of the Sr Financial Officer.

· Collaborate with IT and system admins during cross-platform updates to ensure smooth execution and proper documentation.

Process & Documentation Management

· Maintain documentation for data procedures, reporting workflows, and user access controls.

· Assist in standardizing reporting templates and help build user-friendly reporting resources for departments.

· Track recurring issues or data inconsistencies and escalate them appropriately for resolution.

Operational and Strategic Support

· Help the Sr. Financial Officer to execute short-term and long-term data improvement initiatives.

· Participate in the development of centralized reporting tools and help map data sources across systems.

· Contribute to internal audits, compliance reviews, and other reporting obligations as needed.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· 1–3 years in a data, reporting, financial analyst, or systems coordination role—banking or financial services

experience preferred.

· Experience working with banking core systems or enterprise applications

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

· Experienced in working with AI models e.g. ChatGPT, Co-pilot, and Gemini.
