• System Implementation: Utilize Follow-Up Boss CRM and other company systems to track your progress, manage pipeline, and refine your approach based on data.

• Performance Measurement: Document your conversion metrics monthly, celebrate improvements, and collaborate with the team to solve obstacles.

• Pay: Commission pay ($70,000 – $140,000+ annually)
