Strategic Hiring & Organizational Support

  • Assist with workforce planning during organizational restructuring and leadership transitions
  • Help identify candidates capable of operating in high-accountability, fast-changing environments
  • Work closely with HR leadership on organizational design initiatives, job titles, and job descriptions
  • Provide hiring market insight, salary research, and recruiting trends relevant to the MSP/VAR industry
  • Support efforts to build stronger leadership teams focused on accountability, clarity, and operational excellence

Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruiting documentation within HRIS, Paylocity
  • Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with employment laws and internal hiring standards
  • Coordinate background checks, offer letters, onboarding logistics, and pre-employment processes
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or high-turnover positions
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, turnover trends, and candidate quality
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, communication, and hiring consistency across departments

Collaboration & Culture

  • Partner with managers to reinforce professional hiring standards and realistic expectations
  • Help promote a culture centered around integrity, accountability, professionalism, and respect
  • Maintain discretion with sensitive organizational and personnel information
  • Support HR initiatives that improve employee retention, onboarding experience, and long-term workforce stability
  • Serve as a professional and approachable point of contact for candidates and hiring managers

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments with multiple simultaneous openings
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally
  • Experience coordinating interviews and working directly with leadership teams
  • Strong sense of urgency, professionalism, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for:
