You’ll reconcile daily financial transactions, complete end-of-night reporting, and provide attentive customer service during late-night hours. Requirements: Ability to provide effective customer service to internal and external guests with patience, tact, and diplomacy to de-escalate concerns. Excellent customer service skills. Hotel experience is preferred, not required. Ability to understand and follow directions.
