We are looking for a Product Manager to join a collaborative and innovative product team focused on creating solutions that simplify business processes and improve user experiences.
In this role, you will help shape product strategy by identifying customer needs, prioritizing initiatives, and guiding solutions from discovery to delivery.
You will work closely with engineering, design, customer-facing teams, and business stakeholders to build impactful features.

As a Product Manager, you will contribute to the full product lifecycle, supporting discovery, prioritization, execution, and communication of initiatives that address customer challenges and business goals.
- Lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery processes for product initiatives focused on improving customer workflows and experiences.
- Translate business needs from internal teams and customer feedback into clear product solutions while balancing urgency, impact, and roadmap sustainability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to improve delivery predictability, reduce context switching, and ensure alignment throughout development cycles.
- Analyze product performance indicators, including delivery efficiency, discovery progress, and user perception of delivered solutions.
- Define and document product requirements, business rules, and user needs to support effective execution.
- Communicate product updates, changes, and decisions clearly with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by combining data analysis, user insights, and market understanding.
The ideal candidate is a product professional with strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and experience working in technology-driven environments.
- Previous experience in technology roles such as Business Analyst, Project Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager.
- Experience supporting product discovery, prioritization, and delivery processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data, user behavior, and feedback into actionable product decisions.
- Understanding of technical concepts and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to document requirements and align technical and business teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, changing priorities, and dynamic environments with autonomy.
- Proactive attitude with a strong ownership mindset and willingness to drive initiatives forward.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Product Manager with ownership of discovery and delivery initiatives.
- Experience with SaaS, B2B, or B2B2C products.
- Experience with financial products, administrative management solutions, or back-office platforms.
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, ERP systems, security, or regulatory topics.
- Experience applying artificial intelligence tools to improve product processes.
