Accountabilities:

The Tech Lead .Net will be responsible for guiding technical decisions, supporting engineering teams, and ensuring the successful delivery and evolution of applications. The role requires strong technical expertise, architectural vision, and ownership of complex solutions. Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and evolving applications using .NET technologies.
  • Designing and implementing event-driven solutions using Kafka.
  • Supporting event tagging strategies and improving system observability through logs, metrics, and tracing.
  • Participating in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making processes.
  • Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to development teams.
  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of technical deliveries.
  • Managing technical demands, including opening and tracking DSA activities.
  • Collaborating with SRE, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure reliable solutions.
  • Supporting environment configuration and application deployments.
  • Working with CI/CD pipelines and publication workflows using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Contributing to technical roadmaps and planning future platform improvements.
  • Supporting integrations between distributed systems and complex technology environments.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior technology professional with strong experience in .NET development, distributed systems, and technical leadership. The role requires a hands-on mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to operate in complex environments. Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Strong professional experience with .NET development.
  • Experience producing and consuming events with Kafka in production environments.
  • Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) principles.
  • Experience with observability practices, including logs, metrics, and distributed tracing.
  • Knowledge of API Gateway solutions such as Kong.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA) and event tracking practices.
  • Experience working with CRM integrations, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience integrating distributed systems and managing complex technical ecosystems.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to take responsibility for technical outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
