Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful digital marketing initiatives that directly contribute to business growth and revenue generation.
You will own multi-channel campaigns targeting strategic markets, using data-driven strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and pipeline performance.
Working across paid media, marketing automation, SEO, and account-based marketing, you will help connect organizations with solutions that support workforce development and learning outcomes.
The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, giving you ownership over campaign planning, optimization, and performance measurement.
You will collaborate with global sales, product marketing, operations, and partner teams in a distributed remote environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for a results-oriented marketer who enjoys experimentation, analytics, and building scalable demand generation programs.

Accountabilities:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that increase market visibility, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth across strategic segments. The role requires strong ownership of campaign performance, marketing operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Develop and optimize demand generation campaigns aligned with target audiences, strategic accounts, and business growth objectives.
  • Manage paid media initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads to increase lead generation and pipeline contribution.
  • Build and maintain marketing automation programs, including landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing journeys.
  • Analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ROI using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and advertising platforms to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing operations teams to improve lead qualification, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, industry programs, webinars, and sponsorship opportunities to expand audience reach.
  • Support website optimization initiatives, including CMS updates, SEO improvements, conversion optimization, and content enhancements.
  • Amplify marketing campaigns and content through digital channels, including social media platforms.
  • Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Test new channels, messaging strategies, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced digital marketer with strong demand generation expertise, analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage campaigns independently in a global remote environment.

  • 5–7 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field, with proven success driving pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, including campaign management, automation workflows, reporting, and lead nurturing.
  • Experience managing website content and landing pages through CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and experience using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams across sales, marketing, and product functions.
  • Experience working with regulated industries such as government, healthcare, or other compliance-focused sectors is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR technology, talent management, or learning and development markets is advantageous.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset with a strong focus on experimentation and continuous improvement.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote, full-time career opportunity for candidates based in the United States.
  • Unlimited paid time off policy.
  • Enhanced parental leave benefits.
  • Professional development opportunities to support career growth.
  • Annual wellbeing allowance.
  • Home office setup allowance for new team members.
  • Additional paid leave, including birthday leave and time off between Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with international teams and work on global marketing initiatives.
  • Supportive and inclusive workplace culture focused on diversity, equity, and belonging.
