About the RoleSchneps Media is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Legal Notice Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and inputting a high volume of legal notices on behalf of our clients.
Because legal advertising requires strict adherence to statutory requirements, absolute precision and flawless attention to detail are paramount. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive prompt customer service and all required documentation—including tearsheets and notarized affidavits—within strict deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Processing: Accurately receive, review, and input a high volume of legal notices into our publishing systems.
Client Service: Provide exceptional, prompt, and professional communication to clients via email and phone.
Tracking & Workflow Management: Monitor the lifecycle of each advertisement from submission to publication, ensuring no deadlines are missed.
Compliance Documentation: Coordinate, compile, and distribute all necessary post-publication paperwork, including tearsheets, legal affidavits and client specific reports.
Notary Duties: Administer and execute notarized affidavits of publication for clients in a timely manner.
Unwavering Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor errors or discrepancies in high-volume, text-heavy legal documents.
Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear, professional client interaction.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace (G Suite), including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
Thrives Under Pressure: Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Notary Public: Must currently be a licensed Notary Public, or be willing and able to obtain a Notary license immediately upon hire (company-supported).
$18/hour and benefits package.
