Bilingual Corporate Solutions Advisor (Inside Sales)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Corporate Solutions Advisor (Inside Sales) based in Canada.

This role offers an opportunity to help businesses improve their payment processes through innovative electronic payment solutions and personalized guidance.
The Bilingual Corporate Solutions Advisor will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to solution presentation and customer relationship development.
Working in a dynamic and technology-driven environment, you will engage with businesses across Canada and help them adopt efficient payment solutions.
This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys consultative selling, relationship building, and achieving measurable results.

Accountabilities:

The Bilingual Corporate Solutions Advisor will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing sales activities, and providing tailored solutions to clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential clients through multiple channels, including networking, referrals, cold outreach, and prospecting activities.
  • Managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities throughout the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Tracking and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, performance metrics, and progress updates.
  • Presenting payment solutions through phone, virtual meetings, and other customer engagement channels using established sales methodologies.
  • Understanding client needs and recommending solutions that improve payment processes and support business objectives.
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Managing customer expectations throughout the sales cycle and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets, performance indicators, and key business objectives.
  • Maintaining professionalism, integrity, and strong communication throughout all client interactions.
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment through engagement, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a bilingual sales professional with experience in payment solutions, technology sales, or business-to-business sales environments. Required qualifications and skills include:

  • 1+ year of sales experience within the payments industry, preferably in electronic payment solutions.
  • Experience selling payment processing technology, POS systems, software platforms, or merchant solutions is an asset.
  • Previous experience with larger payment organizations or independent sales organizations (ISO) is preferred.
  • B2B telephone sales experience is considered an asset.
  • Ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing opportunities.
  • Strong ability to generate opportunities independently through networking and outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and adaptability skills in a fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and G Suite tools.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage customers through phone, email, and virtual interactions.
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
