- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple open positions, from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build customized sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, referrals, and other talent acquisition channels.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates while managing up to 15–20 concurrent requisitions.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and guiding candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Continuously improve recruitment practices by identifying new sourcing techniques, technologies, and best practices.
- Develop relationships with diverse talent communities and professional networks to strengthen long-term talent pipelines.
- Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and employer value proposition to attract high-quality candidates.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment consulting.
- Fluency in both English and French, with the ability to support candidates and stakeholders across Canada.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruiting, networking, and diversity sourcing initiatives.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and provide strategic recruitment advice based on labor market trends.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Competitive annual base salary of CAD $75,000–$103,000, based on experience and location.
- Eligibility for an annual performance incentive target of 10%.
