About Woodhaven:
Woodhaven Residential Treatment Center provides compassionate care for individuals on their recovery journey. We are seeking Addiction Counselors to provide quality treatment services to clients in our substance use disorder programs.
Job Overview:
The Addiction Counselor provides individual and group counseling services to clients in treatment. You may work across various levels of care including IOP, PHP, and residential programs based on organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions
Develop and update individualized treatment plans
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
Collaborate with treatment team on client care
Provide crisis intervention as needed
Maintain appropriate caseload and productivity standards
Participate in staff meetings and clinical supervision
Qualifications:
LCDC II, LCDC III, or LSW required
Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred
Strong documentation and communication skills
CPR certification required (company-sponsored)
