As a Salesforce Architect, you will analyze architecture, code, integrations, automation, security models, and data structures to identify improvements.
You will play a key role in evaluating technical risks and transforming findings into actionable recommendations.
The position requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical insights clearly.
You will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to support decision-making and improve platform performance.

As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for conducting technical assessments of Salesforce environments, analyzing existing solutions, and providing recommendations to improve architecture, performance, and scalability. You will work independently while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver accurate technical insights and project outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing technical assessments of Salesforce environments, including architecture, code quality, automations, data models, integrations, and security configurations.
- Reviewing Apex code, SOQL queries, Triggers, and Service Classes to identify technical risks and improvement opportunities.
- Analyzing Salesforce Flows and Process Builders to evaluate automation strategies and optimization possibilities.
- Assessing integrations using Named Credentials, Apex Callouts, REST, SOAP, and middleware solutions.
- Evaluating permission models, including OWD, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
- Reviewing deployment strategies and development practices using tools such as SFDX and Bitbucket.
- Identifying technical challenges, risks, and opportunities, consolidating findings into structured recommendations and final project reports.
- Supporting decisions related to Salesforce architecture evolution and platform improvements.
The ideal candidate will have senior-level Salesforce architecture experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to analyze complex environments. Success in this role requires a combination of hands-on Salesforce expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication. Required qualifications and skills include:
- Strong experience with Salesforce development and architecture, including Apex, SOQL, Triggers, and Service Classes.
- Experience analyzing Salesforce Flows and Process Builders.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using Named Credentials, Apex Callouts, REST, and SOAP.
- Experience with SFDX, Bitbucket, and deployment strategies between environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security concepts, including OWD, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems through middleware solutions.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Cloud and Partner Community is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
