Account Manager(Mandarin Speaking) in Melbourne, Victoria at Hungrypanda

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with key account partners
• Support new partner discussions, proposals and onboarding
• Coordinate store launches, promotions and marketing campaigns with partners
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and order growth
• Prepare regular performance reports and updates for partners
• Work with internal Marketing, Operations, Product, Tech and Finance teams to resolve partner requests and support projects
• Maintain accurate account information and follow up on ongoing actions
• Support the team in developing new national and local partnership opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Account Management, Business Development, Partnerships or a similar client-facing role
• Experience in food delivery, hospitality, e-commerce or technology is preferred
• Good communication and relationship management skills
• Comfortable working with data and preparing basic performance reports
• Organised and able to manage multiple accounts and tasks at the same time
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable working independently
• Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required, as the role involves communication with both external partners and internal teams
• Good understanding of Australian business culture and professional communication
