Intermediate .NET Developer
Job Description:
We are looking for a .Net developer to build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. You will need to be able to create applications from scratch, modify existing application code for fixes or enhancements, configure existing systems and provide user support as required.
In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. If you are also passionate about the .NET framework and software design/architecture, we’d like to meet you.
Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve existing software
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as a technical expert and provide technical support as needed
- Able to assist and mentor junior level .NET developers
Experience:
• 3-6 years experience in .NET framework and/or .NET Core MVC
- Familiarity with SQL Server database, writing SQL and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
- Experience developing cloud applications in an Azure environment
- Ability to do full stack development within the .NET MVC Core structure
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Establish and maintain effective communication with other software engineers, project managers, cross-functional project teams, and internal/external customers in order to identify key plan tasks and due dates
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Experienced DevOp in an Agile development environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
