Take ownership of a strategic portfolio of major hotel chains and help shape the commercial success of one of the region's leading travel ecosystems. As an Executivo de Contas Especialista, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior hospitality leaders, driving revenue growth through data-driven recommendations, strategic negotiations, and long-term partnerships. Working at the intersection of sales, pricing, product, and market intelligence, you will influence key commercial decisions while representing the voice of partners internally. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building executive relationships, and is passionate about the travel and hospitality industry.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic hotel chain accounts, taking full ownership of commercial performance, including revenue growth, market share, conversion, and partner retention.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders such as commercial directors, revenue managers, distribution leaders, and key account executives, serving as a strategic advisor on commercial decisions.
  • Lead complex negotiations involving pricing, inventory, promotional campaigns, paid media investments, and commercial agreements across multiple hotel brands.
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations based on market trends, competitive benchmarks, and performance insights to optimize partner results.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and optimization meetings, defining measurable action plans and monitoring execution with partner organizations.
  • Analyze commercial performance using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and business intelligence platforms to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal product, pricing, operations, and commercial teams by translating partner feedback into actionable business improvements.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and field visits while identifying new engagement opportunities and commercial initiatives.
Requirements
  • 6–10 years of experience managing strategic B2B accounts in travel technology, online hospitality, SaaS, digital media, or related industries.
  • Proven success managing relationships with national or international hotel chains and navigating complex corporate decision-making structures.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue, growth, retention, or commercial performance targets.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and account management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI, Metabase, or similar business intelligence tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of online hotel distribution, revenue management, pricing strategies, inventory management, Channel Managers, APIs, and OTA ecosystems.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on commercial execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Native Portuguese proficiency, advanced English required, and Spanish considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Benefits
  • Opportunity to manage high-impact strategic partnerships within the travel and hospitality industry.
  • Dynamic, collaborative, and innovation-driven work environment.
  • High level of autonomy and ownership over commercial strategy and account development.
  • Continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with product, pricing, operations, and commercial leadership.
  • Inclusive workplace that values diversity, collaboration, and individual contributions.
  • Frequent participation in industry events, partner meetings, and networking opportunities.
  • Competitive compensation package and benefits in accordance with company policies.
