This executive-level marketing role offers the opportunity to shape and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy within a mission-driven organization focused on education and student success.

- Develop and execute an integrated enterprise marketing strategy that strengthens market positioning, supports organizational goals, and aligns with growth and member outcomes.
- Establish marketing priorities, success metrics, investment strategies, and operating rhythms that drive measurable business impact.
- Lead brand integration initiatives by ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, visual identity, and communications across all channels and audiences.
- Translate organizational value propositions into compelling messaging for school leaders, educators, members, prospects, students, and families.
- Build and execute lifecycle marketing strategies focused on engagement, retention, adoption, renewal readiness, and expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Sales and revenue teams to develop enablement materials, campaign strategies, competitive insights, and marketing programs that support acquisition and growth.
- Collaborate with Product and Member Experience teams to define product positioning, launch strategies, customer messaging, and portfolio differentiation.
- Establish voice-of-customer processes to inform marketing decisions, product narratives, and market opportunities.
- Strengthen marketing operations through improved systems, processes, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and develop a marketing team, providing coaching, performance management, and strategic direction to support a high-performing culture.
- Oversee marketing budgets, vendor relationships, timelines, and resources while ensuring effective financial management.
- Represent the organization with external stakeholders, partners, industry communities, and leadership audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 15+ years of relevant marketing experience, including significant leadership responsibility across teams, functions, or major organizational initiatives.
- Proven experience leading marketing functions spanning communications, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, campaigns, and marketing operations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies across digital channels, email, web, events, webinars, content, and partner programs.
- Strong background supporting sales teams through enablement strategies that contribute to acquisition, retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of B2B and B2C marketing principles, including segmentation, buyer personas, customer journeys, market research, and audience-specific messaging.
- Experience using CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and performance reporting solutions to optimize outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, and complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to influence executive audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience in EdTech, education services, assessment, enrollment, SaaS, professional learning, or other mission-driven industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with membership-based organizations and strategies related to engagement, retention, renewal, and expansion is preferred.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or similar tools is preferred.
