Talantage is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our client's rapidly expanding Investment Funds team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary group recognized for its deep expertise and collaborative culture.

Talantage is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our client's rapidly expanding Investment Funds team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary group recognized for its deep expertise and collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and other alternative investment vehicles.
- Work on matters involving business development companies (BDCs), interval funds, and closed-end funds.
- Provide investment management and regulatory counsel to fund sponsors and institutional investors.
- Collaborate across practice groups and maintain direct client contact from the outset.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including client pitches and industry outreach.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in investment management and fund formation.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory and operational framework applicable to alternative investment funds.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to client service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
