Position Status: Full time
Shift/ Hours: First Shift & Second Shift (Mon- Sun) Must Have Open Availability
Description:
Our mission is “to serve cheeseburger sliders better than anyone else” and in the role as Supervisor, you play a big part in delivering this to our guest. If you are organized and enjoy all the aspects of making and selling sliders this job is for you!
What will you do?
You will get to oversee the proper operations of all Can activities that revolve around making our delicious sliders and delivering a superior guest experience. This includes training our team members to assist guests in a fun and high energy way while keeping things on track.
You’ll engage with our guests to help them select our delicious food items, operate our Point-of-sale-system, drive thru, and make beverages for them including shakes!
You’ll make sure the uniforms are clean and tidy, and that the can is always clean too. You’ll help plan the scheduling and work shifts for the team, being the leader and a team player. There might be times you have to handle guest complaints or other issues may arise. Represent Small Sliders as a company to the best of your ability by making our guests feel welcome. You’re also the go-to person for assuring shop safety-locking doors when closing, cash handling and security.
On the move:
Get ready to get moving! This isn’t the role for someone who wants to sit all day. You’ll be making sliders, sweeping, teaching, engaging with our guest and team members, and helping in all aspects of the can. You may need to lift up to 25lbs. You’ll also help delivery trucks load or unload when needed. Keep in mind our can is a fast pace dynamic environment.
What you should have:
You are 18 years or older, you’re flexible to work any day of the week/weekend and you’re reliable. You have great organizational skills and enjoy communicating and leading others. You preferably have a high school diploma or GED.
