Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or sandblasting to remove dirt, grease, or rust
• Mask areas that should not be coated
• Operate powder coating spray guns and booths
• Apply coatings evenly using electrostatic spraying techniques
• Cure coated parts in ovens at specific temperatures
• Inspect finished products for quality, thickness, and defects
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly
• Follow safety procedures, including use of protective gear
