Patient Details: Patient is a joyful and engaging 8-year-old female with Scoliosis. She is tracheostomy and g-tube dependent and requires use of a ventilator at night. She is non-ambulatory, but actively moves around with assistance. Weekdays she attends school and is socially engaged with others. She is alert, expressive, and talkative – a true chatterbox who loves interaction and activity.

Shifts Avail:
• Days: Sunday 7am - 7pm

Requirement:
• Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
• Experienced with Tracheostomy and Ventilator
