Recruiting Coordinator in Plano, Texas at A First Name Basis

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Recruiting Coordinator to support and handle a broad range of HR functions focusing on I9s and onboarding but also help support our in-house recruiter. This position is on-site at our corporate office in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Complete I-9 and E-Verify for all new hires.
• Build pipelines for in house recruiting team
• Sourcing on LinkedIn and Indeed
• Support ADA and leave process and documentation
• Support special projects such as compensation reviews, policy updates, or HR process improvements.

Education, Experience, Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations (additional state-specific knowledge a plus).
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred)
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
• Attentive to details and ability to work in a high growth environment
