Job Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

The License & Title Specialist supports the License and Title department by managing and processing documentation for the Truck and Equipment Finance division. This role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data within the appropriate systems, as well as collaborating with clients to resolve license and title matters. The administrator will also communicate with equity investors regarding title-related issues and provide high-quality support to both internal and external stakeholders. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Maintain and manage title files, including securing original and duplicate titles, and coordinating with equity investors and the remarketing team on title status updates.
  • Support the equity group by preparing and reviewing title-related closing documentation.
  • Accurately enter, track, and update all relevant title data within internal systems.
  • Process billing transactions and submit check requests as needed.
  • Handle end-of-lease documentation, including title assignments, bills of sale, and powers of attorney.
  • Process state transfers as needed.
  • Provide support on departmental projects within the License and Title team.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, management, clients, and external partners.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements while maintaining consistent and dependable attendance.
  • Meets established KPI targets related to title administration, processing accuracy, and turnaround times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma.
  • Office experience required including working with computers and handling large volume of work.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills required. Familiarity with Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to provide exceptional internal and external customer service. Must have good telephone etiquette.
  • Able to listen effectively and communicate with all levels of staff. Must be able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written). Must be efficient, accurate and dependable.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS, PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work Environment: This position is in Georgia or Illinois and operates in a professional office environment.
Position Type/Standard Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Travel: No travel is expected for this role.
Physical Demands: Speak, hear, and see, and to use hand and fingers for computer keyboard and phone. Sit or stand for extended periods of time. Reach above head to pull paper attachments.

Pay Range:

$37,500-$52,500

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
