Responsibilities:

• Review constituent/complainant complaints and discuss case details.

• Analyze complaints against Florida statutes and determine Division jurisdiction.

• Communicate professionally with the public and provide guidance/resources.

• Prepare approved written correspondence and close cases.

• Update case activities, codes, and statutes in Versa and document actions in OnBase.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret Florida statutes.

• Professional experience working with the public.

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to meet project timelines.
