Compliance Specialist

Description:

Performs support activities related to the day-to-day operational aspects of the Archbold Medical Center's Corporate Compliance Program. Demonstrates technical and professional competency.

Must possess demonstrated knowledge of pertinent federal and state laws related to healthcare and possess the ability to comprehend complex regulatory matters. Must have excellent organization, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills. Verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must be proficient with word processing, spreadsheet applications, and other programs as needed to analyze and manage data.

Experience/Education:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience including healthcare regulatory or compliance-related functions.
