This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst in Canada.
In this role, you will act as a key analytical driver behind growth, marketing performance, and customer lifecycle insights within a fast-scaling digital healthcare environment. You will design and maintain scalable data models that support critical business decisions across product, marketing, and finance teams. The role focuses heavily on acquisition analytics, experimentation, and attribution modeling to better understand channel effectiveness and customer behavior. You will build and evolve measurement frameworks that connect marketing efforts to real business outcomes such as conversion, retention, and lifetime value. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy and optimization. This is a highly impactful position where your work directly shapes how growth is measured and improved.
- Serve as the end-to-end owner of marketing data sources, analytics infrastructure, and measurement methodologies supporting growth initiatives
- Build and maintain acquisition measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution models, Markov chain approaches, and channel performance tracking
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and incrementality experiments across product features, campaigns, and user experience improvements
- Evaluate return on investment across paid and organic acquisition channels and continuously refine performance metrics
- Develop and scale in-house multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling capabilities to improve decision-making accuracy
- Identify and analyze key customer segments using behavioral and financial metrics such as lifetime value and cross-sell performance
- Lead dbt-based data modeling and orchestration to ensure modularity, reliability, and performance optimization
- Build automated dashboards and self-serve reporting tools for stakeholders across the organization
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to translate business questions into structured analytical solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related roles
- Strong SQL expertise with the ability to write, optimize, and review complex queries
- Advanced experience with dbt for data modeling and orchestration
- Strong proficiency with Git and version control workflows
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics, including attribution models and media mix modeling concepts
- Experience working with marketing platforms and APIs such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Strong background in experimentation design, A/B testing, and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong project management skills and a results-oriented mindset
