Arbors Management is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician for our residential townhome community in Franklin, PA. If you have a solid foundation in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs and are comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to manage your workday, we want to hear from you.

You will be responsible for ensuring our residents have a safe, functional, and well-maintained place to live:
- Core Repairs: Perform essential maintenance in plumbing (leaks, clogs), electrical (switches, outlets, fixtures), and carpentry (drywall, cabinets, locks).
- Unit Turnovers: Prepare vacated apartments for new residents with quality repairs and painting.
- Digital Work Orders: Use our mobile application to receive tasks, track time, and document completed work.
- Emergency Response: Participate in a shared on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or residential construction.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with mobile devices and apps for data entry and communication.
- Reliability: Possession of a valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Professionalism: A commitment to quality workmanship and resident satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
