We are seeking a Production Line Supervisor who will be responsible for the supervision of the production line in accordance with plant policies and procedures.

What You Will Do:
- Supervise production line operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment conforming to a high standard of quality.
- Responsible for leading a Union work force including shift schedules, work assignments, rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, and back-up for absent employees.
- Coordinates production startups, shutdowns, and shift changeovers.
- Performs other related responsibilities as assigned by the Plant Manager.

- Promotes and supports a Safety First culture.
- Prior leadership experience preferred. 1-5 years in manufacturing and union experience is a plus. Knowledge of aluminum casting and manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Formal education or equivalent High school and/or associate degree in business management or related fields.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as a valuable team member.
