Enterprise Account Execuitive - Life Sciences

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive – Life Sciences based in Canada.

This is a high-impact enterprise sales role focused on driving strategic growth within leading Life Sciences organizations, including BioPharma and Medical Device companies. You will be responsible for expanding the adoption of advanced automation and AI-powered transformation solutions across complex, global accounts. The role requires a strong consultative sales approach, with deep engagement at executive level to identify, shape, and close large-scale transformation opportunities. You will operate in highly regulated, multi-stakeholder environments where long-term value creation and customer success are critical. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help accelerate digital transformation initiatives across operational, compliance, supply chain, and R&D functions. This is a strategic role offering strong exposure to enterprise customers and cutting-edge AI-driven technologies.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise Life Sciences accounts, driving expansion across multiple business units and functional areas.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned with customer transformation priorities and revenue growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, digital transformation leaders, IT, and operations stakeholders.
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles involving technical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Position AI-driven automation solutions using a consultative, value-based selling approach focused on measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify and expand opportunities across compliance, quality, supply chain, finance, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams to drive successful adoption and long-term account growth.
  • Partner with global systems integrators and strategic partners to generate pipeline and accelerate deal execution.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Life Sciences industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of enterprise software or solution/value-based selling experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and growing Enterprise Life Sciences accounts within BioPharma or Medical Device organizations.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling transformational technologies such as AI, automation, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence senior executives, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Strong account planning, pipeline management, and data-driven sales execution skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners in complex sales environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%.
