- Proven ability to manage end-to-end events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and performance tracking.
- Strong experience managing budgets, forecasting spend, and optimizing ROI across multiple events or campaigns.
- Ability to define KPIs, analyze performance data, and connect event activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in both executive-facing and on-the-ground interactions.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure environments and solving problems in real time during live events.
- Willingness and ability to travel 30–50% across North America (and occasionally internationally) near major airport hubs.
- Competitive salary range of $80,000 – $108,000 USD per year, plus performance-based bonuses.
- High autonomy role with significant ownership and minimal bureaucracy.
- Fast-track career growth opportunities for high performers, including potential leadership progression.
- Exposure to high-visibility projects and direct collaboration with founding and leadership teams.
- Paid time off and access to productivity and upskilling software tools.
- Dynamic startup-like environment within a well-supported organizational structure.
