Position Overview
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while supporting daily administrative operations in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Assist with conference room scheduling and office calendars
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily office operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Standing and sitting for extended periods of time,
- Lifting up to 25 pounds in a safe and prudent manner,
- Ability to work and communicate well with other employees and management, customers, visitors, vendors.,
- Ability to perform work utilizing manual dexterity of the hands,
- Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach above and below shoulders, and full use of upper extremities,
- Ability to easily move through an approximately 25,000 square foot warehouse building,
- Ability to read, write, and understand English,
- Correctable vision and hearing.

The pay range for this role is:
18 - 20 USD per hour(Phoenix - Main)
