We are seeking a dependable organized, and detailed oriented Accounts Payable and Human Resources Coordinator to support daily financial , human resources , and administrative operations of our organization This position is responsible for accounts payable , employee records, on boarding support , answering phones , and providing professional customer service to employees , residents , families , vendors and visitors,
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in Accounts payable , Human Resources , payroll or business office preferred
Experience in Health Care preferred
Excellent telephone communication and customer service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office , including word and excel
Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
