Leasing Agent in Memphis, Tennessee at Tarantino Properties Inc

Cedar Run Apartments is seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community located in Memphis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments required
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
• Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus

Requirements:

1 year experience in Leasing on conventional apartment property, must be able to direct tours, possess excellent communication and closing skills both on telephone and in person, organized. High School education or equivalent, One Site experience, able to walk property and climb stairs, assist property management team in marketing, ability to take direction and work as a team player, maintain working knowledge of rules and regulations concerning single family leasing, must have reliable transportation, must be available to work weekends.
